Those figures are the amounts written in the VilaNet (VilaX) service details. VilaNet(VilaX) service data resets once a month, on the same day of the month as your service's billing due date — for example, a service with a due date on the 25th resets on the 25th of each month. This is a calendar month (about 28 to 31 days depending on the month), not a fixed 31-day interval, and it is not tied to your original purchase date. The billing due date is not the same as the renewal date, and renewing does not reset your data. The reset rule is the one in When does the data reset?
Protocols and regions
- Protocols: Shadowsocks, AnyTLS, and any other protocol listed in the app.
- Regions: JP, HK, SG, US, TW, CA, and UK.
- IEPL/IPLC is listed as part of the same service.
For what names such as Global and IPLC mean, see Meaning of node names.
IPLC/IEPL nodes are dedicated to mainland China. They do not work from outside mainland China; use another node type there. Start with Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues — start here. To pick a server in the app, see How do I choose a server in VilaNet?
What is not included
VilaX does not support AnyConnect. Without an OpenConnect service, AnyConnect cannot be used. V2Ray and OpenConnect no longer accept new subscriptions. An existing V2Ray service can still be renewed, but it is closed to new sign-ups. For a new service, choose VilaNet (VilaX).
Where to read the price
Prices are on the official homepage. Do not treat a price copied from a chat or a repost as the current price.
How to tell it matches
The protocol list includes Shadowsocks and AnyTLS. The region codes are JP, HK, SG, US, TW, CA, and UK. The data figure is 100GB, 300GB, or 1TB. The price is whatever the official homepage shows when you open it. Data resets once a month, on the same day of the month as your service's billing due date.
Still not working?
- The data is already used up: see What to do when the data is used up? To keep using the service, upgrade from the service details page. If a bill has already been generated, pay it under My Bills. Renewing does not put back the data already used in the current cycle.
- The account has two plans: see I have two active plans. How do I switch in the app?
- The app says the plan is suspended: see VilaNet says Plan suspended. What should I do?
