To pay with Alipay, open the checkout page for your plan and choose Alipay there when it is listed. UnionPay, PayPal, credit or debit card, and USDT work the same way: use only a method listed on the checkout page you have open. If a method is not listed, you cannot use it for this payment.
Payment methods on the checkout page
The checkout page can show the five methods below. PayPal and card payments may show automatic renewal; follow the text on the checkout page you have open. Amounts and currency are on that page.

An older note names credit card (3D Secure), PayPal, debit card, UnionPay, Alipay, and cryptocurrency. See VilaVPN payment methods?. If it and the checkout page disagree, the checkout page in front of you wins. If the only cryptocurrency listed is USDT (TRC20 / TRON), pay on that chain and the amount shown. Do not switch the chain.
Account currency follows the country detected for the account and cannot be changed later. A processor can convert, so you may still pay in a local currency. See Can I change the currency?. The currency on this checkout page is the currency for this payment.
Steps
- Make sure you are on the official site, https://vilavpn.com/.
- Open the VilaNet store, choose the plan, and continue to checkout. Choose the payment method only on that page.
- For Alipay, choose Alipay only when the checkout page lists it. If the next payment page does not offer Alipay, use another method listed on the checkout page, or try later. Do not pay from an old screenshot.
- For UnionPay, PayPal, a card, or USDT, choose that method on the checkout page. The USDT chain is TRC20 / TRON.
- After you pay, use the check further down: the same account can sign in to VilaNet and open ordinary websites.
If the page says api.paymentwall.com is taking too long to respond and the Alipay page will not open: disconnect the VPN, then click Alipay. See Alipay via Paymentwall takes too long to respond.
If a renewal payment will not finish, switch to another node or try another payment method. See Unable to finish the payment when renewing.
If PayPal or a card payment shows automatic renewal, follow the text on that page. Do not copy PayPal's renewal wording onto Alipay, UnionPay, or USDT. To stop a subscription paid on the website, follow How to cancel service subscription?. For refunds, see Why don't you offer refunds?.
After the payment
New users use official VilaNet from the downloads page. Sign in with the same account, choose Auto Select, and connect. Confirm ordinary sites open before you disconnect an older client. Do not run two VPN clients at once. The official app does not ask you to paste a subscription address. See Can I still use a third-party V2Ray client?.
A v2rayN subscription does not include AnyTLS, so a missing AnyTLS row is not an unpaid bill. Not Active and Not Service are defined in the existing subscription article. See Do I need to update a subscription URL in VilaNet?.
A renewal pays the next cycle. It does not reset or refill the current cycle. See Just renewed but there's no data and I already paid, why can't I use it?.
How to tell the payment worked
It worked when the method was listed on that checkout page, and the same account can sign in to VilaNet, choose Auto Select, connect, and open ordinary sites. Unpaid bills: Can I get an invoice, and where are bills in the app?.

- VilaNet says Plan suspended. What should I do?
