Does all traffic go through the proxy when V2Ray is enabled?
Not necessarily. V2Ray only routes all traffic through the proxy when mobile devices use global proxy settings.
When using V2Ray on a PC, the client only calls the proxy settings of the IE browser, so only the network traffic of the browser and applications set to "use system proxy" is routed through the proxy.
*If you need to redirect all network traffic through VPN at the network card level, consider purchasing the OpenConnect (AnyConnect) service package.
