I already paid, why can't I use it?

Renewing your service does not reset the current month's remaining bandwidth; it only extends coverage for the next cycle. If you’ve purchased a new service and your existing service is suspended or out of bandwidth, you need to select the new active service in your service details page to apply the new subscription URL, or choose a node under your active service in your client app. Ensure your current service isn’t suspended or out of bandwidth before switching.
